Blueberries are considered to be the superhero of foods. Their abundance of antioxidants support healthy diet outcomes. Blueberries are a low GI fruit, high in water, and full of fibre – all of which helps to maintain blood sugar levels. Eating blueberries has been shown to enhance memory and learning capacity.

Stress can have significant adverse consequences, such as insomnia, anxiety and depression, to name a few. Exercise has been proven to support our stress responses and assist in sound sleep patterns.

Eating a variety of foods is good for your health. It’s like eating the colours of a rainbow.
